More strict criteria take into consideration age,sex,height& weight but age is the strongest factor. I believe for you, between 2.9 and 3.2 would be considered within normal limits.

Less than 3 cm is generally considered ectatic, aorta and not an aneurysm. Follow up with the physician who ordered this for you to get specific advice about your risk factors and why the test was ordered
