Yes: Depending on the extent of the aneurysm, it may be manageable by one of several methods. You need to see a cardiovascular surgeon very experienced in the management of this condition; not every surgeon can manage these. Sometimes you can be treated by less invasive means, and an experienced surgeon can guide you.
