I have gastritis and im unsure if its a flare or i have a stomach bug.but why isnt zofran helping my nausea?

Zofran is not always working especially if you have a food poisoning or acute gastroenteritis. Nausea/vomit is not common in chronic gastritis. Warm tea with fresh ginger slices added may ease the nauseous feeling. Take care.
