Sometimes when nausea is accompanied by pain, I've found that zofran may not be so effective. Most importantly, is gastritis the accurate diagnosis? You could try peppermint. I all else fails, I recommend going back to the ER where you'll be reexamined and could get an injection with old fashioned compazine
