Bilirubin elevated @ 25 umol/l in feb. had normal abdominal u/s but pancreas was not clearly visible. follow up bilirubin 19 umol/l mth later which is still elevated. always had normal bilirubin so what is going on? lipase 33 u/l - is pancreas ok?

You don't mention whether the direct or indirect component of the bilirubin is elevated. Also what are the results of the rest of your liver panel? What, if any, are your symptoms? I assume you don't have gall stones and the liver appeared normal on U/S. On any prescription meds? History of alcohol excess? More info is needed here in order to advise you. I doubt major pancreatic pathology
