In general eating a healthy diet five or six helpings of raw fresh or steamed fruits and vegetables daily. A Mediterranean type diet is effective and easier to follow the most other diets. If you smoke cigarettes, stop smoking if you’re using any kind of illicit substance to stop these. If you drink alcohol limit to 2 to 3 drinks per week. Exercise 30 minutes five times a week
