Below: Exercise every day,or at least 3 times a week,maintain a heathy weight eating less carbohydrates,less fried foods and more veggies and fruits,get at least 7 hours of sleep,drink more water,get a physical to check cholesterol blood pressure,etc.Practice common sense such as safe sex,wearing seat belts,etc.Get out and enjoy life-socialize because mental health is important.

Agree with Dr. K: Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
