Yes: all these tests would still be positive after 10 years if you had untreated syphilis, or treated syphilis that was cured. No PubMed articles disagree with this; you have misinterpreted what you found. This is your 4th or 5th question indicating obsession with possible syphilis despite 100% proof against it. Stop asking. If this obsession is affecting life and happiness, seek counseling.

A little cloudy on my test: What a does a syphilis RPR (DX) W/REFL TITER AND CONFIRMATORY TESTING measure? They also gave me an antibody test at 14 weeks. Both tests were negative. Does it rule out syphilis at 14 weeks? Conclusive?
