You should make an appointment to see your dentist next week for easing your concern although active infection is unlikely without pain. Take care.

The incision for an apicoectomy is made at the tip of the root of the tooth involved. A bubble at gum line could be an infection from next tooth or same tooth. It could be a periodontal[gum] infection, that has nothing to do with the root canal tooth or it could be from the root canaled tooth where the infection hasn't subsided. See your dentist or specialist for updated condition.
