My blood pressure recently has been between the range of systolic 128 -136 and diastolic 81 -86 and i am 29years old , should i be worried?. i have been experiencing mild pain on the left side of my chest for few days now. please what is the cause?

The entrance to the stomach is just to the left of and behind the heart. Pain in that area is most often from the irritation caused by the backwash of stomach acid (heartburn). The stomach is a muscular organ, squeezing food to mix it for digestion, If you lay down after eating, consume any caffeine, the weakness of the stomach closure allows backwash. The BP is a little up, but I not worrisome.
