After how much time my sypmtoms will totally go away after taking antibiotics for epididymoorchitis? because i have taken the antibiotics course its is almost two weeks my symptoms are only mild it is better than before but not gone completely?

Failure to improve after two weeks of antibiotics suggests that either the wrong antibiotic was used; it's a kind of epidiymitis (+/- orchitis that doesn't respond to antibiotics; or that the diagnosis is wrong. See reply to your previous question, about ciprofloxacin not being effective against the most common cause at your age (gonorrhea, chlamydia). Discuss with the doctor treating you.
