I have a triangular shaped raised patch of fat (might be liquid) under the skin. my sacral region is flat but then has an obvious raised part right above my crack. no pit. have had lower spine pain 2 months, chest/inhalation breathing pain, dysphagia?

I could not make a connection between dysphagia with other symptoms. However, I can tell you that with those symptoms a serious condition can't be rule out so you need to be examined by a heath care provider as soon as possible. Good luck.
