Sharp pains when breathing in right side chest, right side ribs, right side and right lower back, pain increases when moving?

Need exam: Multiple possibilities from pneumonia to pleurisy to pneumothorax to severe muscle spasm. Need exam and probably chest x-ray at a minimum to pinpoint origin of discomfort. Could also involve nerves from back.Any other symptoms or recent cold? Good exam should give some direction to further investigation.
