A lower extremity Doppler ultrasound may be indicated. Keep well hydrated, watch for shortness of breath, chest pain and malaise. Consider a cardiac evaluation if symptoms persist

Fully agree with need to obtain a NIVA study of the lower extremities, but cannot exclude vascular issues in left arm. Consider nerve compression or inflammation as another explanation for some of this. Contact your obstetrician ASAP, and strongly urge you see a cardiologist. All of this needs rapid diagnosis.
