I have had a mri of my si joints please could you explain what the findings mean subarticular bone marrow oedema on either side involving the sacral and the iliac with some associated subarticular sclerotic changes and articular cortical irregularity?

The sacroiliac joints appear to have developed wear and tear degenerative changes and the findings might also raise concern regarding secondary inflammation. Clinical correlation may be of value, such as the question of Ankylosing Spondylitis. Ask your doctor about a potential pertinent diagnosis.
