I have struggled with acne on my back for a few years. i notice that in the summer, with sunlight and salt water, my back always stays clear. but, in other months, when i use the same routine (panoxyl, arazalo, dapsone), it can never stay clear?

Try a sun lamp to the back in those months and avoid wearing synthetic material next to the skin. if not better- a Dermatologist
