Do your bladder infections occur after intercourse? If so taking one dose of an appropriate antibiotic after intercourse has prevented this type of UTI. Change position &empty your bladder afterwards. This could also prevent skenitis. If these suggestions don't pertain to you, a urologist could examine and advise you if he/she finds any predisposing factors which would explain your repeated UTIs

If you have not so far- then pl see a Urologist. Skeinitis cant be diagnosed without an exam and its symptoms are not of a typical UTI
