Nope: At age 24 its unlikely that you would have a brain tumor. However, Pseudo-tumor , in a 24 year old lady, is not all that uncommon. Symptoms would be worsening of headache with reclining and blurred vision. This condition occurs as a result of an imbalance between the re-absorption and production of cerebrospinal fluid. If you have these symptoms I'd consult with a neurologist.
