Pressure head aches and neck aches and neuro says my brain mri shows unidentified white matter and slight inflamation but not to worry. should i?

Tension-type: Headache can develop from episodic Tension-type Headache and the resultant headache is considered a chronic form. The clinical presentation is similar to episodic TTH except for the increased frequency of attacks. The headaches are usually bilateral and diffuse and often have tenderness in the cervical muscles (neck) as well as the pericranial muscles. Rec.: see orofacial pain/headache specialist.
