Helo! can a yolk sack have a pulse? we saw 2 round sacks one was the baby with a viable heart and heartbeat the other one looked exactly the same and had a soft heartbeat but said its just the yolk sack is this true? thank you?

Yolk sacs so not have hearts. It is difficult to interpret an ultrasound picture without training.
