Follow up ultrasound: I expect your doctor will ask for a follow up ultrasound in a week to ten days. In the meantime--cautious optimism--but I wouldn't go out with the pregnancy announcements, just in case this pregnancy doesn't work out. Tell a close friend or relative , who can support you through whatever comes next. GOOD LUCK!!!
