You no longer need to isolate. Once 5 days have passed and symptoms are gone (whichever happens last), people are no longer infectious for others, even if a test remains positive. Partly for this reason, it is recommended that no further testing be done once symptoms have started to improve. You might take the extra precaution of wearing a mask in public places, but otherwise you're good to go.
