I am on international travel with my family in patagonia. we are on an organized 7 day trip and we are on day 3. i just tested positive for covid. what is your recommendation for next steps? do we quarantine in the country and fly home in 5 days?

You must protect your family and others. Contact the organizers and inform them of your condition .There are protocols that may have you quarantine until a negative test is given and then let you fly home. You must abide by the standard rules of positive testing, than proceed with caution. The safety of all is parsmount.
