My wife was in a matric marking venue(covid compliant with madks and ventilation) . and the lady across from her in the room has tested positive for covid on saturday. this was the only contact day. how long does she need to quarantine? with a test?

Testing/Rest/Fluids: The usual incubation period is 2-5 days from day of contact- though may be longer and therefore self isolation is indicated. If her test is negative, continue to monitor for symptoms for at least 7-10 days. Monitor temperature, treat fever with Tylenol. Check with local health authorities and your insurance company re testing.
