Recently treated for uti. Last urine/culture showed clear. Still having symp of pain into low ab and back after peeing. Cause?
I had a UTI, after which I took levofloxacin for a week and my subsequent urine analysis test came back clean. However, I still feel slight pain at the urethral opening whenever I sit down for long in the afternoon. What might be the cause of this?

Given Macrobid for suspected UTI via telehealth appt and did urine sample the next day. Urine culture shows no evidence of UTI. Still have some irritation and frequent urge to urinate. Should I keep taking the Macrobid? Dr said its my decision?
If urine culture -ve, and can't clear all of urine is it still UTI possible?And what does severel entities responsible for this proble means?Plz help
