Im just done with calrithromycin; metronidazole and amoxicillin (14 days course) ; can i go back to tadalafil 5mg that interact with these medications right away or should i wait until antibiotics are eliminated from my system?

You can safely resume tadalafil within 24 hours after the last dose of clarithromycin. There is no interaction with amoxicillin.
