No, very low risk. Oral HPV occurs, but a lot less commonly than genital HPV. And actual warts are even more rare. While there is no guarantee you would acquire an oral infection by oral sex with an HPV infected person, the chance is low for any one exposure, and most regular sex partners of such persons never acquire known oral infection despite frequent oral sex with that person.
