1 month ago,doctor has given an injection for nerve pain on my right buttock .now i feel like some lump on the reaction site after a month.when i touch it, it's somewhat painful and not that much visible,i can feel it by touch.can i massage the area?

This could be scar tissue from the injection. You can massage the area. You can also apply heat if this feels better. If it is not getting smaller over time, have the physician who gave the injection evaluate the area. If there is redness to the area, have it checked sooner to be certain there is no skin infection.
