2 years ago my heart echo report said: moderate eccentric regurgitation (directly interiorly) today's report says: moderate eccentric regurgitation ( anterior and posterior leaflets). is there any changes in 2 years and how significant? thank you?

It sounds as though the degree of leak of your valve is similar to the leak reported on your earlier echocardiographic study. However, to be sure, it's best to request a comparison of the two studies.

I assume you're referring to the mitral valve. Your reports gave a qualitative assessment of the degree of regurgitation and they sounded similar in degree, but those of us that follow patients with valvular regurgitation would like some quantitative measurements wherever possible, but these are hard to come by.
