A member asked:

I'm have pvc's/skipped heart beat, my echo was normal but did say i have mild mitral regurgitation, could that be causing my pvc's etc? just wondering

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Mitral regurgitation results in a jet of blood into the left atrium and can be the cause of PACs but not PVCs - here's what's up: mild mitral regurgitation is super common and PVCs are super common but having the two together does not imply causation.
