I take silendifil years ago for ed recently i have been diagnosed with diverticulitis and another doctor that i saw prescribed me ciproflaxian and metronzole and i forgot to tell him that i take silendifil and i cant get an erection what do i do?

Ciprofloxacin may increase the blood levels and effects of Sildenafil. Metronidazole does not have significant interaction with Sildenafil. You should be able to use Sildenafil after you finish course of Ciprofloxacin. Metronidazole can cause unpleasant effects if alcohol is consumed with it and alcohol should be avoided for at least 3 days until after completion of therapy. Hope it helps.

Itshould not affect things much as the slight increase in blood absorption with cipro is without much effect
