I am confused where to put the tampon when i see my vaginal opening i see it is covered by a skin and just have a small hole at the bottom so if i put tampon it will come in contact with that skin which is covering my vagina from inside?

Put it on top of the 'skin ' over the hole you see. It will absorb the blood coming out of the hole below.
