Likely normal: A few small pink nubbins of tissue are common at the opening of the vagina. These may be remnants of the hymen, or part of the corrugation that is the normal structure of the vaginal wall. If it has not changed, is not sore, is not ulcerated, is not bleeding, you may leave it alone.
