You asked this previously. It's really not possible to even guess what this might be with this small amount of information; and any new abnormal vaginal discharge needs in-person evaluation. If you have ever been sexually active in the past, one main concern for the "white skin" is an HPV infection; abnormalities can show up months or years after catching HPV. Definitely see a doctor. Your confusion can be alleviated by examination by a trusted doctor. This is not likely a vuvovaginal condition , but more likely a skin condition "near" the vagina.
