Needs evaluation: There are a number of possibilities. When was your last period--you could be pregnant and need a test. A bladder infection, ovarian cyst, or pressure from your uterus . There can also be other issues--like a Bartholin's duct cyst causing concerns. Most probably not a big issue, but should be eval by health provider.
