I have oximeter reading of 98 but i am experiencing light headedness and dizziness. also feel pressure on my chest. has echo cardiogram and stress test and they said im fine. what else can this be?

Appears that your heart and lungs are functioning fine. However, your new sensation of "dizziness" may well represent either an inner ear or cerebral circulation issue and testing to reveal potential problems in these categories should be pursued. Either a neurologist, or otolaryngologist, could commence the evaluation.
