My wife and i just had our 20 week ultrasound, shes actually 20w 5d. they stated the babys cerebellum was measuring 3 weeks behind and also had a mild amount of fluid in the ventricles. 11/12mm, they said they like to see around 6. any information?

This is worrisome. Please schedule a consultation with a clinical geneticist, usually found at a children's hospital or medical school. Arrange to have the test results sent to them ahead of time. You should gather the information needed for the delivery and coming years.
