My uss report says: the right ovary has volume of 19.2cc's, there is a small complex cyst right ovary containing internal echoes. what does this mean?

SUGGEST DOPPLER U/S: Altho not enough info, i would recommend having a doppler ultrasound and follow the cyst with another ultrasound after your next period. It could go away on its own, but if it doesn't, it could be a dermoid or endometrioma, both of which are benign. Although i would not be too concerned about cancer at this time, keep an eye on it. I do not think that a ca125 blood test is necessary yet.
