Can someone interpret this for me? left ovary: the left ovary measures 4.0 x 2.8 x 3.5 cm. there is a 3.2 x 2.8 x 1.8 cm complex left ovarian cyst which contains internal septation and internal low level echoes. there is some wall nodularity?

At any age, the finding of an ovarian cyst with "internal septation, complexity with nodularity" requires biopsy. See your GYN physician for an exam and treatment to be certain about the nature of this abnormality.
