Your symptoms: Are not consistent with the surgery you had in 2009. I suggest you consult with your pcp.

No: Your symptoms are unrelated in terms of at least the leg symptoms to your surgery but the back pain may be as a percentage of patients, about 10% , can develop back pain due to further disc degeneration.

No: But your symptoms may be secondary to a vasculitis, dermatitis, diabetes, etc. You need to see your pcp and undergo a complete medical evaluation.
