I rolled my ankle and sprained it 6 months ago. its been sore off and on since the initial sprain, and i wear a brace most days. its now aching and throbbing after walking more than usual yesterday. anything i should do differently?

At six months post injury rehab is required to get ankle back close to normal. Contrast bath using ice water and hot water soaks 3 minutes in hot and 1 minute in cold. Strengthening is then required. I recommend seeking medical care for proper evaluation and treatment
