Post-nasal drip...: It sounds like you have a post-nasal drip which is causing bronchospasm which in turn causes the cough. A prescription steroid nasal spray in addition to antibiotics if your doctor thinks you have a sinus infection may be needed to get this cough under control. You may also need bronchodilator and steroid inhalers to treat the bronchospasm. See your doctor for evaluation/treatment.
