Yes: Gelatin is used the production of some vaccines, though not most. If your child has had a life-threatening reaction to gelatin, these vaccines should not be given. If it's been a mild reaction, it's ok to give these vaccines (the amount of gelatin is very, very small.) if you're not sure, consult an allergist. Tripedia, trihibit, fluzone, MMR ii, proquad, varivax are the brands of kid imms w/ gel.
