Ive been on flagyl and cefdinir for 5 days and a liquid diet for 3 for diverticulitis. still running a 99.2 temp in the afternoons and have very dark watery diarrhea. is this normal?

99.2F isn't really a fever (98.6F isn't the maximum normal, just the average over the course of a day; up to 99.5 is normal). And if you had fever but the trend in your temperature is downward, probably all is OK. Diarrhea could be a side effect of the antibiotics. If still uncertain, contact the doc treating you; or do so immediately if temp rises again over 100F, or for pain, cramping or blood.
