I have oily skin,been suffereing with dark stubborn acne scars.and sometimes popping acne. i'm using niacinmide, vitamin c and salicylic acid sometimes.can i use tretinoin ? please recommend. so i need something that works for both acne and acne scar?

Acne is a stubborn condition and can be difficult to treat. Benzoyl peroxide is a good initial treatment and can be used in combination with salicylic acid. Best recommendation is to work with your primary care physician or your dermatologist and change medication in a stepwise fashion. Tretinoin is helpful for cystic, scarring acne and may be an option for you.
