1st Fix Acne: If the 'ice pick scars have pigmentation (dark discoloration) associated with them, the products may help subtlety with the pigment, but not the indentations. These types of scars are typically difficult to treat. If they are not very deep, Microdermabrasion is used, but again, results are modest. The first priority is to have the acne under control. If so, fractional resurfacing works best.
