Sensitivity on a recent, deep restoration is not uncommon, even in your jaw. It should pass. If not the tooth may require root canal therapy.

Did your dentist tell you the cavity was deep and close to the nerve? If so than the discomfort is to be expected and should go away soon. If the tooth becomes sensitive to hot and cold, than a root canal will be needed .Take a Tylenol or Advil or both and see your dentist in 7-10 days if pain continues. No heart issue to be concerned about.
