Maybe: My question would be what are you doing with your arm and jaw while exercising? Using arms (perhaps elliptical, ergometer, or rowing machine) may bring out tingling. Also hyperventilation (would expect both hands). Clenching jaw, or jarring from running, may bring out jaw pain. If you have already been tested for heart problems and don't have any big risk factors, i would recommend analgesics.

Possibly: Neuropathy can certainly be the cause, but there are other possibilities. You say your heart tests were good but did not tell what tests. If they didn't include a stress test, don't rule out cardiac causes, which would be serious. Could be as simple as muscle strain and clenching, pleurisy, and/or dehydration. The only way to know is to get a complete physical and discuss this with your physician.
