For almost a year now, i have had the problem that when i walk, i feel that someone has a fist around my shin. that tight feeling goes away the same seconds that i don't move my right leg, as soon as i move it, that feeling comes back, what is this?

You could be experiencing swelling to your extremity. Do you smoke? Overweight? All concerns of forming clots. You need to see your primary doctor for immediate evaluation to R/O rule out clots forming
