How long?: If you have numbness, weakness, or the leg is discolored, cold to touch, or you can’t bear weight on it then you should probably go to the ER. Why did you have the ace on in the first place? If the pain is similar only worse then I would rest, ice, elevate and very gently stretch and see if things improved. No more wraps on the leg.
